Gears of War 3 Getting Beta, Dedicated Servers

Back when Gears 2 launched, I was quite the happy little bee. Gears 1 had brought me so many great memories with its amazing (if glitchy) multiplayer, and I was oh-so excited to continue those memories.
After waiting over half an hour to find a match, however, the love died, the flowers withered, the sunshine got hepatitis, and everything just sucked.
In other words, Gears of War 2 had a horrific multiplayer experience.
Gears 3 doesn't look to share this fate; the game will be getting dedicated servers, and even a nifty multiplayer beta to test them out with!
Though they haven't announced which MP modes will be available, the official Gears website was updated this morning with the details. OXM subscribers will be getting a sweet cover story in the mail, which reportedly talks all about it.
Shotgun abusers beware; I'm coming for you. With grenades.

They haven't announced the details yet. But when they do we'll post them.
