I'm probably one of the only Americans excited by this. Publisher Spike has announced the upcoming sequel as a PS3-exclusive, which is being developed with the spirit of the original title in mind.
I've always been a fan of the series, ever since I took a gamble and bought the first game the day after it came out. It's like a choose-your-own-adventure book, but as a game. With Samurai. And Ninjas. And a cool black guy living under a wooden bridge. Seriously.
This entry promises to be longer, while still providing the "play it a million times over" vibe the earlier games had. I'm psyched, to say the least.
