Do you live in the United States? Do you absolutely love it when movies don't respect the source material they're "based" on? If so, then you'll love this tidbit of news!
Comingsoon.net is reporting that Tekken - the live action adaptation (read: molestation) of the titular fighting game franchise has finally found someone dumb bold enough to pay for the costs that come with distributing movies.
After watching the film, I have to admit that it isn't nearly as bad as it could have been. Tekken is still a tournament, Christie is still useless, and Bryan Fury is a cyborg. Also, it was wise of them to hire martial artists instead of actors for a fight movie. It still sucks, though.
Expect to see this thing appear in Wal-marts everywhere in 2011.
