At this point I've beaten Portal 2 numerous times, and I want more. Luckily, Valve is answering my pleas. In an interview with Fast Company, Valve's VP of Marketing Doug Lombardi confirmed that they will be bringing Portal 2's first DLC to the masses this summer. While details are scarce, we do know that it will somehow and in some way add some kind of content to the game. Here's hoping it involves SPAAAAAACCCCEEEE. Valve will release more info in a week or so.

Portal 2's Creators On Crafting Games Through Experiential Stories (Fast Company)

Now that Valve is all done with Portal 2 (which they did an absolutely amazing job on btw), it would seem that there couldn't be a better time to start talking about the next installment for our old friend Gordon Freeman. It's been four years since Valve gave us Half-Life 2: Episode 2, and we've all been dying to see what's next. However, after all this time, will a simple episodic installment really suffice? Sure, we'll be happy we have it, but it won't be enough. We all know this and I'm pretty sure Valve knows this. That's why I've put together this 'Wish List' that I believe Valve would need to accomplish in order to satisfy it's needy fans. So here they are in no particular order:

Back in 2007, Valve released the original Portal, a first-person puzzle game that surprised everyone who played it. It was fun, challenging, and maintained a dark sense of humor that gave birth to way too many internet memes. Nearly four years later, Valve has unleashed a sequel that promised to be more challenging, while providing even more laughs over a much longer game. Does it deliver? Read on to find out, but I'll give you a hint on my opinion:
