Epic Games has released the first Dev Diary for Gears of War 3. Entitled, "Making Gears 3: Dedicated Execution" it's all about Epic's promise to deliver the best multiplayer experience in Gears 3, with dedicated servers and the Multiplayer Beta. Even if you're not into some of the technical details, there is still plenty of carnage to be seen in this behind-the-scenes look. Also, some of the camera men have ADD, so take a look after the break.

The Gears of War 3 beta goes live April 18th for owner's of Bulletstorm Epic Edition and on April 25th for those who pre-ordered Gears 3 from GameStop.
Gears of War 3 is rated M for Mature and is scheduled for release on September 20th, 2011 for Xbox 360.
