This new L.A. Noire gameplay video is all about how we will get to rise through the ranks of the LAPD. This trailer takes an older approach of telling us about the game; while it may seem odd in this day of vague, fast-paced trailers, it does the job well in essentially giving us insight as to what we can expect to accomplish when the game is released on May 17th.

L.A. Noire is scheduled to be released on May 17th in the US and May 20th in Europe for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
